We are thrilled to welcome Stefan Rose to the team here at the Yorkshire Academy of Chocolate & Patisserie. Stefan is head pastry chef at Yorkshire’s finest five star hotel Grantley Hall. Stefan will be joining us a guest chef for some courses in 2023.
UK sugar champion and master patissier, Florian Poirot, will also be joining us as a guest chef in 2023.
