I stumbled upon Andrew Thwaite’s amazing school purely by chance.
After weeks of researching new machinery for my business Andrew popped up on social media and after a brief message to him he invited me to pop into the chocolate school to have a look at the machinery he uses and have a chat. The rest is history.
I met with Andrew and within a few weeks had chosen and ordered my new machines from the suppliers he recommended, and enrolled onto a couple of courses on offer at the school.
The courses were absolutely top drawer and the education and skills picked up in just a few days was just phenomenal, and I have no qualms about recommending this amazing chocolate academy to anyone who wants to improve their skills with chocolate.
Andrew is a fountain of knowledge and what he doesn’t know about chocolate isn’t worth knowing.
Not only do you learn about chocolate here, Andrew also arms you with knowledge on the best suppliers for your chocolate, packaging, equipment and everything you need.
I wish I had known about Andrew Thwaite and this amazing academy when I started my business 20 years ago.
