I stumbled upon Andrew Thwaite’s amazing school purely by chance.
After weeks of researching new machinery for my business Andrew popped up on social media and after a brief message to him he invited me to pop into the chocolate school to have a look at the machinery he uses and have a chat. The rest is history.
I met with Andrew and within a few weeks had chosen and ordered my new machines from the suppliers he recommended, and enrolled onto a couple of courses on offer at the school.
